These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pinxie mobile app (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Pinxie you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the App.
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to use Pinxie. You must not upload photos of anyone under 18.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pinxie for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
When you upload photos, you confirm that:
You are responsible for every photo you upload and for how you use your results. Pinxie has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
We may use automated and manual measures to detect and remove prohibited content, and we may remove results, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. To report objectionable content or an abusive user, email support@pinxieai.com; we review reports and act on violations, typically within 24 hours.
Pinxie uses a third-party AI image model to generate results. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not reflect reality, and should not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions. You use generated content at your own discretion.
Pinxie accesses only the photos you explicitly select, and only to generate your results. We do not access your photo library otherwise.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Notably, we do not keep your original uploaded photos after processing.
Pinxie offers subscriptions and one-time token packs sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
You retain rights to the photos you upload. By using Pinxie you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to generate and deliver your results. The Pinxie app, brand, and software are owned by us and protected by law; you may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse them or attempt to bypass safeguards.
You may stop using Pinxie and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these Terms or engage in harmful activity.
Pinxie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-accurate service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinxie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted (see the "Last updated" date above); continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
