How do I generate a photoshoot?
Open the Styles tab, pick a look you like, add 1–3 selfies and tap Generate. Your first result is usually ready in around 30 seconds.
How do tokens and subscriptions work?
Each generation costs tokens. A subscription refreshes your token allowance every billing period and unlocks VIP perks; token packs you buy separately never expire. Your balance is always visible in the Subscription tab.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pinxie → Cancel Subscription, or in the app go to the Subscription tab and tap Manage Subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app open Profile, tap your name, then choose Delete Account. Your account and generations are removed after a 30-day grace period — sign back in within those 30 days to restore it.
Are my photos stored on your servers?
No. Pinxie never keeps your uploads — photos are used only to generate your results, and only the generated images you keep stay in your library. See our Privacy Policy.
